NOTE: Please note cancellation fees apply, we appreciate circumstances can change and you have to cancel a booking however if a deposit is paid for then it means we have not taken other bookings and we have lost a days trade. In view of this there is a deposit loss cancellation fee up to 72 hrs or 100% cancellation fee 72 or less hours prior to departure. We reserve the right to implement these charges on your credit card if we cannot rebook for that day. So just make sure when you confirm a booking with us you understand that a fee may apply if you have to cancel at short notice. This is standard practice for most big charters! We are flexible however this is our standard policy.
